Golden Care Group got approached and assigned to provide its services for a 20 villa construction project located in Awali. Our experts, up to date have successfully completed 16 villas and are currently working on the rest as the project is still in development. The Scope of work included:
- Waterproofing 5 bathrooms per villa and a 395 m2 roof in winch both require a different finishing method. The roof was requested with a granular finish whereas the bathrooms were requested to have a plain finish.
- The insulation of 5mm Sprayed Pu Foam for the same area to ensure that the villas are weatherproof
- The mixing of Lightweight concrete with a thickness of of 100mm, a density of 800, and a slope of 1:100
