Return Policy
we take pride in delivering high-quality, bespoke products tailored precisely to our clients' needs. Because our products are custom-manufactured based on the specific dimensions, configurations, and requirements of your individual site, our return policy differs from standard off-the-shelf retail policies.
Due to the highly customized nature of our production process, all sales are final. GoldenCare does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any custom-produced items once production has commenced.
1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all orders that involve custom fabrication, alteration, or production based on client-provided site measurements, site plans, or specialized design configurations.
2. Client Responsibility & Sign-Off
Because production is tied directly to your site's specific parameters, accuracy at the outset is critical:

Specification Approval: Prior to production, clients are required to review and sign off on all final drawings, measurements, and material specifications.

Site Accuracy: GoldenCare is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate site measurements or unauthorized modifications made to the site after the measurement sign-off.

Order Modifications: Once the final design is approved and production begins, no changes, cancellations, or modifications can be accommodated.

3. Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Goods
While we do not accept returns for a change of mind or site miscalculations, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.

Manufacturing Defects: If a product arrives with a verifiable manufacturing defect or does not match the finalized, signed-off specifications, please contact us.

Resolution: In the event of a proven manufacturing error or transit damage, GoldenCare will, at its discretion, repair or reproduce the affected component to ensure it meets the originally agreed-upon specifications.
